Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has recently released advertisement no. 03/2023 inviting online application forms for recruitment to
31902 Group C Posts. Only those candidates who has qualified
Group ‘C’ CET Exam held on 05 & 06 November 2022, can apply for these posts through online mode. Online form submission has started from 15 April 2023 and last date to apply will be 05 May 2023.
HSSC conducted Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group C posts recruitment on 05 and 06 November 2022. More than 11 Lakh candidates have applied for CET out of which more than 7 lakh actually appeared and more than 3 lakh candidates declared qualified.
HSSC will conduct separate exam for Group C & D Posts. Earlier Online Applications started in January 2021 and last date of online form submission was 08 July 2022. Written exam was held on above said dates for which admit cards had been released online. CET Result was released for checking from 10 January 2023. Those candidates who has appeared, can check their score card from direct link below. Now online form filling for Main exam has been started.

Total No. of qualified candidates in Group C CET: 3.57 lakh
Eligibility to appear for Mains exam: Candidate must have CET Qualified score.
Application fee: Nil
Selection process:
- CET Exam: Quailfying nature
- Main exam: 97.5% weightage
- Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience: 2.5% weightage
Important dates:
- Online form submission for Main exam: 15 April to 05 May 2023
- Exam Date: on various dates from 13 May to 15 July 2023
Now CET Qualified candidates have to visit HSSC OTR website and fill their application with all details and post preferences.
Total 3,57,562 candidates has been declared CET qualified. Those who fulfill the qualifications for one or more
posts can fill online form and
upload all the required documents relating to qualification/experience, socio-economic criteria weightage etc. if any.
Post Preferences:
HSSC has grouped 378 categories of various posts into 58
groups based on similar qualification. The commission will organize one common main written examination for each group and distribution/ allocation of the post shall be based on merit and option given by the candidate. Every candidate shall fill post choice options given in the form. Their 1st preference should be on top
and other options/preferences in descending order categorywise.
The allocation against a post shall depend on candidate’s choice for the post as well
as his/her merit.

Haryana CET Result 2022
Finally Result has been declared on 10 January 2023. . You will be able to check it online from below link after declaration.
03.11.2022:
Admit card, Exam Date, time and centre of city slip can be downloaded. Candidates need to enter their registration number, date of birth and text shown to check them. The test will be held on 05 and 06 November 2022 in morning and evening shifts.
Check Notice:
Facial recognition of candidates will be done on the basis of Aadhar on random basis to verify identity. So Aadhar card is required to be brought by the candidates to the exam centre.
Based on marks in CET and Socio-Economic Criteria and experience (SECE), merit list will be prepared. For selection to Group D posts (Peon, Beldar, Sweeper etc. posts), candidates have to qualify only this Exam.
Thereafter they will be allotted departments depending on their post preferences and merit. But For Group C Posts (JE, Clerk etc.), there will be an additional stage of recruitment which can be a skill test or written exam depending on post.
Important dates of HSSC CET 2022:
- Online Form submission: January 2021 to 08 July 2022
- Admit card release date: 03 November 2022.
- Exam City information: from 01 November 2022
- Exam Date: 5-6 November 2022 (each day in two shifts)
- Result date: Likely by 10 January 2023
Group C CET Exam will be used to shortlist candidates for Main examination which will be conducted by HSSC later. Group C Aspirants have to qualify CET and Main exam and clear the cut off for selection which will be based on main exam and SECE marks.
After release, a direct link to download admit card of HSSC CET will be provided here. You have to visit that link and enter your registration number and date of birth to download your roll number. Candidates can check details regarding centre address, exam time and reporting time etc. in admit card. They will only be issued online and not to be sent by post. Centres once allotted will not be changed.
Candidates must bring at least two passport size recent colour photographs and Original valid Photo-ID proof having the Date of Birth as printed on the Admit Card. Original Valid Photo ID proof includes any one of Aadhar card / e-aadhar card printout, PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID card, Passport, ESM Discharge book or any other valid photo ID proof issued by State or Central Govt).
