Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted every year by Central Board of Secondary Education. Now the test is going to be held on 20 August 2023. The board had recently completed the process of getting online applications from 27 April to 26 May 2023.
Paper 1 exam is to be held for Class I-V Primary stage while Paper 2 will be held for Class VI-VIII Elementary stage. Each paper will have 150 questions each carrying one mark and 2 hour 30 minutes duration.
Now Admit card, Exam Date Centre city information of CTET 2023 had been released online. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre without it.

- Shift 1: 09.30 AM TO 12.00 Noon
- Shift 2: 02.30 PM TO 05.00 PM
Qualifying marks: 60%
The validity of CTET has now been increased to lifetime for all categories.
Candidates have to download and print e-Admit Card of CTET 2023 from official website and appear at the mentioned Centre on time. It will be checked by the invigilator during examination to verify the identity of candidate.
Shift 1 candidates shall report 2 hours before exam time i.e. at 7:30 AM and shift 2 candidates at 12.30 PM. Those who
report(s) after 9:30 AM in Shift-I and after 2:30 PM in Shift- II will not be allowed in exam. With admit card and one photo id proof in original, candidates should reach the exam center mentioned in it.

The Validity Period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories.
